I had a great time entertaining for some fine folks today.  They were celebrating one fine gentleman’s 70th birthday.  We celebrated at The Cafe at Glenview Park District Golf Club.  The fine folks there put on a great feast for everyone to enjoy.

Last night was a fun night.  After growing my beard for a month, I finally got to shave parts of it off and I was left with the resulting mustache in the picture below.  Movember is a fundraiser that I’ve participated in now for two years.  All of the funds go to support cancer research efforts for cancer’s affecting men.  It’s a great cause and we have a lot of fun doing it.  I again performed for at The Beauty Bar in downtown Chicago and truly enjoyed my time.  I look forward to doing it again next year!

I got to entertain a great group of people tonight at Gusto Italiano Restaurant in Glenview, IL.  They were celebrating a very fine gentleman’s birthday.  I had a great time and enjoyed everyone’s company.  The food was fantastic and I look forward to performing there again in the near future.

Just finished performing at a wedding for another great couple.  Mr. & Mrs. Farrell and their guests had a wonderful time.  The wedding and reception was at Lehmann Mansion in Lake Villa, IL.   The wedding was absolutely stunning.  As soon as the wedding finished, I performed for the bride and groom’s guests on the patio.  Afterward, the reception started in the most elegant reception tent I’ve ever seen.  What a night!  I love performing at weddings!
